RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily choose to participate in the tour identified above. I understand that the tour may involve transportation between locations, walking, uneven or outdoor surfaces, stairs, exposure to weather conditions, animals, plants, crowds, and other conditions associated with sightseeing and visiting public and private attractions.

I understand that participation in the tour involves certain risks of injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume responsibility for these risks and agree to follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by the tour operator, driver, guide, and individual attractions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release and agree to hold harmless the tour company/operator, its owners, employees, agents, guides, and representatives from claims arising from my participation in the tour, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot legally be released under applicable law.

I understand that the tour operator does not control the conditions, conduct, safety procedures, or operations of third-party attractions, restaurants, farms, nurseries, transportation providers, or other locations visited during the tour.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically able to participate in the tour and for bringing any medications, mobility aids, or other personal items I may require.

I agree to inform the tour operator of any condition or limitation that may reasonably affect my ability to safely participate.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the tour operator or its representatives to contact emergency medical services on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for any medical or emergency expenses incurred on my behalf.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings throughout the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except as otherwise required by law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing.
• I understand that participation is voluntary.
• I agree to follow the instructions and safety rules provided during the tour.
• I understand that I am responsible for my own personal safety and belongings.
• I voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating in the tour.
